Courtney Myers is an associate in the firm’s Dallas office. Courtney’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on labor and employment matters, including Title VII, ADA, FLSA, FMLA and other federal and state employment laws and regulations. Courtney’s experience includes representing and counseling governmental and private employers during various phases of dispute resolution.
Previously, Courtney worked in sports management and has extensive experience advising clients on business and philanthropic ventures, as well as negotiating and managing talent and sponsorship contracts.
