Arthur Walker

Arthur L Walker, Jr. is a resident of Austin and practices in both the Dallas and Austin offices. He was born in Claremore, Oklahoma, and is the founder and principal shareholder of the firm. He has extensive experience representing municipalities and other political subdivisions in federal and state litigation. As litigation counsel for numerous cities throughout the state, Arthur Walker, has proven experience in areas such as employment litigation, real estate litigation, general tort liability and tort liability under the Texas and Federal Tort Claims Acts, Civil Rights Litigation under 42 U.S.C § 1983 and Title VII, and Whistleblower litigation.

Mr. Walker also has significant training and expertise in the areas of conflict resolution and Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”), including mediation and arbitration. Arthur Walker has advised both private and governmental employers on litigation-avoidance and protection measures, as well as provided related training to employees of represented entities.
